Q: What can I bring in with me?

A: The Ellicottville Summer Music Festival is one of the only outdoor concert venues that allows visitors to bring in coolers and picnic baskets, so long as you take each and every item, and all of your trash, back out with you. While it is always a nice place to have a picnic, we would like to remind you that the Holiday Valley Food Services department will have concessions available at the venue for your enjoyment as well. You can bring in that blanket, chairs and Holiday Valley Food Services will take care of the rest for you.

Q: What is included in the VIP ticket?

A: This package is being built. Check back as we move forward with it.

 

Q: If I order presale tickets, how will I get them and when can I expect them?

A: Presale tickets will be processed and mailed via US Mail in 3 business days from the date of order.

 

Q: Is the venue handicapped accessible?

A: The venue is on a portion of the Double Black Diamond Golf Course so terrain mobility may be difficult at some times. However, the venue is handicapped accessible with a handicapped parking area and a golf cart shuttle to and from the seating area if needed

 

Q: Are there Rain Dates for the concerts?

A: There are no exchanges or rain dates for the concerts or outdoor portions of the Ellicottville Summer Music Festival

 

Q: What is the seating arrangement for the concerts?

A: With the exception of the VIP seating area, all of the venue is a general admission, lawn seating arrangement. The venue is a first-come, first served seating venue. Get here a bit early and stake claim to a nice piece of the fairway for your musical pleasure!
